Vicky Campo is the Internal Communications Representative for Central Arizona Project (CAP) where she is responsible for strategic communications and internal marketing. Since she began her tenure with CAP in 2001 she has managed marketing campaigns, coordinated community outreach efforts and volunteer projects, organized corporate events and promotions, and managed the content and design for a wide range of communications pieces and publications. Her publications have won awards for writing and design including the Bronze Quill award in 2004 and the Dalton Pen award in 2005.

Since 1994 Ms. Campo has taught and mentored future professionals as a Writing Instructor at Arizona State University and in the Maricopa Community Colleges. She develops content and curriculum for writing courses including creative writing, writing for the professions, composition, writing fundamentals, and news and feature writing. She also directs the production of the Glendale Community College creative arts publication, Traveler. She has published articles and editorial commentary on teaching methodologies in professional journals and textbooks.

Ms. Campo earned her Masters Degree in English from Arizona State University in 1997 with distinction.
